Kelly
Clancy, OTR/L, CHT, RBT, SMI
As a Bowenwork Practitioner, Occupational
Therapist, and Certified Hand Therapist, Kelly Clancy uses her skills as
a manual therapist, and ergonomist to address the postural components
which may be contributing to pain and dysfunction. She also addresses
and educates the client on their physical environment and stress level
to more holistically encourage health and well being.
Kelly has
been practicing in the health care field since her graduation from
Colorado State University with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 1987.
She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
since that time. She went on to sub-specialize in upper extremity
treatment with a focus on repetitive strain injuries and received her
certification in Hand Therapy in 1994. She owns Balance OT where she
provides structural integration manual therapy, Bowenwork, exercise
based upper quadrant conditioning, and ergonomic consultations both on a
private and industrial capacity.
She currently
is involved in a three year professional advanced Structural
Integration professional training program with Donna Bajelis, PT who is
the owner of the Institute of Structural Medicine.
